The purpose of scientific progress is to hold high the torch of mankind, enlighten wisdom and lay a foundation for innovation. The way to scientific progress is the relentless pursuit of truth and excellence, and build an interactive relationship of mutual trust between science and society.
To achieve this goal, it is necessary to increase the participation of young scientists and to make steady and long-term investments in basic research, thus to establish a culture of fruitful innovation.
