Space collaboration between China and France goes beyond the French payload on China's Chang'e-6 probe, which was launched last week. The Space Variable Objects Monitor, or SVOM, is the first astronomical satellite jointly developed by China and France. After assembly and review in Shanghai, it is now ready to be delivered to the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province, southwest China. (CGTN)
