Chinese scientists say they have precisely confirmed that the volcanic activity on the moon last happened about two billion years ago after studying lunar samples collected by the nation's Chang'e-5 exploration mission in 2020. The scientists anticipate further discoveries during the Chang'e-6 lunar mission scheduled to launch between 2024 and 2025. (CGTN)
