CAS forges strategic partnership with French semiconductor giant

On behalf of CAS and STMicroelectronics (ST) respectively, CAS Vice President CHEN Zhu and ST Corporate Vice President François Guibert signed an agreement for strategic cooperation on the development of multi-core processors on Oct. 26 in Beijing. Chinese President HU Jintao and French President Jacques Chirac were present to witness the event.
