The Chinese Academy of Sciences and The Chinese Academy of Engineering is holding a four-day conference in Beijing. As one of the 80 foreign members of organization, Richard Edwards, is also invited to the event. He is a Regents and Gunn Professor of Earth Sciences at the University of Minnesota.
