CAS, Cambridge sign MOU for cooperation
On 9 October, CAS Vice Secretary-general TAN Tieniu met with Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge in UK Alison Richard and her entourage.
The two leaders held discussions concerning the approaches of promoting collaboration, such as co-sponsorship of symposia, joint graduate programs, research cooperation, exchange of young research professionals, co-establishment of partnerships for young scientists and joint labs.
After the meeting, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation. This is first MOU between the two sides.
