Main Functions: to manage affairs related to party building at CAS and develop the culture of innovation; to organize and coordinate affairs related to the labor and youth unions and the women’s federation; to fulfill duties of the CPC committee and discipline inspection commission; to maintain liaison with counterpart departments of state organs; to undertake other works entrusted by CAS administrators.
