CASAD Presidium convenes in Beijing

The second meeting of the 6th Presidium of the CAS Academic Divisions (CASAD) convenes on 6 November in Beijing. Its main topics are the CAS Member election in 2009 and reports of various CASAD committees.


    On 6 November, CAS President LU Yongxiang presided over the second meeting of the 6th Presidium of the CAS Academic Divisions (CASAD) in Beijing.

    The main topics of the meeting included the CAS Member election in 2009 and reports of various CASAD committees.

    Prof. Lu delivered an important talk at the conference and conferred letters of invitation on members of the CASAD advisory panel.
