After an on-the-spot study from Oct. 10 to 11, an international panel of renowned experts gave high marks to the experimental advanced superconducting Tokmak (EAST) being developed at the CAS Institute of Plasma Physics, saying the facility will have significant impact on the world nuclear fusion research.
