CAS Conference Service Platform Supported 1000 Conferences

Up to July 1st, 2014, the number of conference websites on Conference Service Platform (CSP) has exceeded 1000. There are more than 74000 registered participants from 142 Countries and regions. Moreover, CSP has provided services for 112 institutes and its coverage of CAS institutes is over 90%.
With the support of Bureau of International Cooperation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, CSP was developed by Computer Network Information Center of CAS. As a one-stop cloud platform for conference establishment and management, CSP is committed to provide conference organizers with the perfect solution for conference information. Users can easily create and manage their own conference website online, design site appearance, publish conference information, subscribe conference services, and manage conference information independently. Meanwhile, CSP provides several functions for the participants, such as conference registration, online payment, abstract submission, abstract review, hotel reservations. Besides, CSP provides experienced customized design services, and 7*24 hour monitoring for its continuity and stability.
On April 18, 2014, CSP2.0 has been officially released. The home page has been redesigned. It provides conference information for users in real time. And it can transfer messages between the organizers and the participants by adding recommendation module. CSP 2.0 has optimized the conference submission and review process, which makes it easier for organizers to host a conference.
