We watched the total lunar eclipse in X-rays thanks to Einstein Probe!

When the Moon entered Earth's shadow, reflected X-rays dropped—revealing the high-energy version of the eclipse. Each red dot in the image is a photon from the Sun bouncing off the Moon.
