YAN Qing, Professor and Ph.D. in Macromolecular Materials Science and Engineering, is Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He also serves as Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Committee of the Administrative Bureau of CAS.
