The biodiversity in arid areas is unique and fragile, especially due to severe losses caused by global changes and human activities. We actively participate in relevant conservation work, build an ex-situ conservation system, carry out research and development of conservation technologies, and explore and utilize important stress resistant gene resources, contributing to the green silk road construction.
