SPACE PLUS is an international journal dedicated to publishing major advances and emerging developments in space science. The journal publishes original research articles, authoritative review papers, and timely research communications. It aims to promote scientific discovery and technological innovation by providing a world-class platform for academic exchange and collaboration in space science.

II. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the journal’s international presence and academic impact;
- Recruiting leading scholars and experts worldwide to establish a high-quality, diverse, and internationally recognized editorial board;
- Leading the journal's academic development, including content planning, manuscript solicitation, and the organization of thematic special issues focusing on emerging research frontiers;
- Overseeing all aspects of the journal's international academic operations;
- Developing collaborations with global research institutions, academic societies, and scientific conferences to enhance the journal's international visibility and reputation.
III. Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
- A doctoral degree and the ability to undertake a full-time position;
- A strong commitment to research ethics, academic integrity, and professional standards;
- Research experience at internationally leading research institutions, with a broad global perspective on space science and the ability to identify long-term disciplinary trends, emerging fields, and research frontiers;
- Editorial experience with internationally recognized academic journals, with in-depth knowledge of global academic publishing standards and industry trends;
- Preference will be given to candidates who have served as an associate editor-in-chief, or in an equivalent or more senior editorial role, at a journal published in partnership with a leading international publishing group, as well as those with experience in interdisciplinary research collaboration;
- Proficiency in English-language academic editing and peer review, with the ability to maintain the journal's academic quality, editorial direction, and publishing standards;
- A strong international academic reputation in space science and demonstrated ability to engage leading researchers worldwide in peer review, manuscript solicitation, and special issue development.
IV. Renumeration and Benefits
