SUN Xiaoming, Ph.D. in Agricultural Information Management, is Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She also serves as Director-General of the Bureau of Personnel of CAS and Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Committee of CAS Headquarters.
