The opening ceremony for the Branch of the CAS Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) was held on 6 Nov. in Huishan District, Wuxi, an economic engine in east China's Jiangshu Province.
The Branch is a joint venture of IEE and Huishan District Government in Wuxi. As its partner, the local government will provide funds for the Branch's daily operation and for its technology transfer.
At the same day, a branch for CAS Center for Photovoltaic Reliability was inaugurated in Wuxi, This is the first project between collaboration between IEE and the local government.
As a leader in electrical engineering in this country, IEE are making efforts to speed up its technology transfer and make contributions to the national economic development.
