CAS President on an academic visit to US

At the invitation of the National Science Foundation (NSF) in US, CAS President LU Yongxiang leads a delegation to visit US recently.



    At the invitation of the National Science Foundation (NSF) in US, CAS President LU Yongxiang led a delegation to US on July 10.

    The CAS president visited US Department of Energy, NSF and US National Academy of Science and met with CEO of the American Association for Advancement of Science. He exchanged ideas on issues about S&T development with US hosts, and reached consensus on some cooperative projects.
