At the invitation of Prof. B. E. Paton, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, CAS President Lu Yongxiang visited Ukraine from Sept. 20 to 22.
At the invitation of President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NAS of Ukraine) B. E. Paton, CAS President Lu Yongxiang, who is also vice chairman of the Standing Committee of China's top legislature NPC, visited Ukraine from Sept. 20 to 22.
Prof. Lu and Prof. Paton signed an agreement on S&T cooperation between the two sides. Prof. Barton conferred Prof. Lu an honorary doctoral degree of the NAS of Ukraine. Prof. Lu visited the Institute for Problems of Strength of the NAS of Ukraine.
