Chinese Research Vessel Puts Down Seismometers in W Pacific Ocean

Researchers of the Kexue (Science) research vessel put down a seismometer into the ocean on the Yap Seamount sea area in the West Pacific, Jan. 18, 2015. Kexue has put seven seismometers in the bottom of the ocean around this area. (Xinhua/Meng Jing)
