CAS Institute to cooperate with Japanese institute on proteomics studies

At the invitation of Prof. Ma Keping, vice director of the CAS Institute of Botany (IBCAS), Dr. Kenichi Higo, vice president of the Japanese National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences (NIAS), visited the IBCAS on August 3. The two sides signed an agreement for cooperative research in the field of plant proteomics. They also indicated that a joint lab in the field would be set up when time is ripe.
