Non-contact infrared thermometers developed by CAS institute

In support of the fight against the SARS epidemic, the CAS Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics has developed, within 8 days, non-contact infrared thermometers. The first batch of 10 such thermometers have been stalled at major traffic crossings in Shanghai. Now the researchers are working at a new generation of portable thermometers.
