Postdoctoral Positions Open in Dr. ZHOU Jinqiu’s Laboratory

The Laboratory of Chromatin and Cell Aging at Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences seeks highly motivated individuals for two postdoctoral fellow positions. The lab studys the role of telomere and telomerase in genome stability and cellular aging. Currently, It focuses on understanding the molecular mechanism of chromatin structure and function and cellular aging. For Postdoctoral positions, a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry/chemistry, molecular biology, or genetics is required. A research background in such fields as histone modification, epigenetics, structural biology and animal model (eg. Caenorhabditis elegans) will be a plus. Highly competitive salary/benefits will be provided for individuals who are highly motivated and capable of conducting research independently.
