Qualifications:

under the age of 45
Ph.D.more than 4 years of research experience, for oversea applicants, Assistant Professor or higher position is preferred, Professor for applicants at home
independently managed or participated as a key contributor to project(s) and made significant achievements
being recognized in the academic community both at home and abroad, ability to integrate and lead one team to execute key project and make marked innovation achievement.
five years after getting the doctorate degree, his/her achievements should meet at least one of the following requirements
A. more than 10 papers (IF>=3) published in international core journals indexed by SCI
B. more than 10 papers (IF>=3) published in international core journals indexed by SCI, and at least one pulished in Nature series, J. Am. Chem. Soc.,P. N. A. S.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Adv. Mater.,or Phys. Rev. Lett
C. more than 3 papers published in international core journals indexed by SCI, at least one pulished in Nature or Science, or at least 2 in Nature series, J. Am. Chem. Soc.,P. N. A. S.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Adv. Mater.,or Phys. Rev. Lett
