There are now 3 vacancies at the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Responsibilities:

To do research on new thin film materials for solar energy cells and devices.

Requirements:

1. Major requirement:

Doctoral or master’s degree in material physics and chemistry or inorganic chemistry. Those with research experience in semiconductor quantum dots and liquid phase preparation of thin films are preferable. Be familiar with characterization methods of semi-conductor materials.

Doctoral or master’s degree in material physics and chemistry. Be equipped with the solid theoretical knowledge in vacuum evaporation coating. Be familiar with design, operation and maintenance of magnetron sputtering and thermal evaporation coating equipment. Those with preparation of thin film solar cells and other semi-conductor thin films by vacuum technique are preferable.

Doctoral or master’s degree in semiconductor physics and devices. Be equipped with the solid knowledge in physics of semiconductor devices. Be familiar with preparation techniques of thin films for solar cells and devices and their properties characterization. Be experienced in using simulation software of solar cells, including AMPS, SCAPS, PC1D, etc.

2. Diligent and cooperative;

3. Excellence in English;

4. Publications with high impact factor;

5. Under the age of 35;
